Why Hold Me Tight ®?
A Hold Me Tight ® Workshop helps you and your partner reconnect by providing a safe and supportive space for you both to explore and address underlying emotional needs and vulnerabilities.
Through experiential exercises, open discussions, and guided interventions, couples gain a deeper understanding of each other's emotions, foster empathy, and rebuild trust and intimacy, ultimately creating a stronger and more connected bond.
The workshop equips you with practical tools and strategies to break through communication barriers, heal past hurts, and rediscover the joy of being emotionally connected with your partner.
Evidence-Based Model:
The Hold Me Tight ® Workshop is based on the evidence-based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model, proven to help couples create lasting change and forge deeper emotional connections. Research studies have reported that Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is effective in approximately 70-75% of cases.
Privacy to Learn & Grow:
Each couple will have their own table, spaced out from other couples, to apply the lessons and work through negative patterns privately. Couples may go out on the patio for more privacy during breakout sessions. There is no pressure at this workshop; you will only share what you feel compelled to share with the group and therapists.
The Hold Me Tight ® Workshop provides you and your partner with the tools and insights necessary to identify and break negative interaction patterns, empowering you both to replace harmful dynamics with healthier and more constructive ways of relating, fostering greater emotional connection and harmony.
Through guided exercises and expert facilitation, you and your partner will gain a deeper understanding of your patterns, learn effective strategies for change, and acquire the skills needed to cultivate a more positive and fulfilling relationship.
